Buying Process and Initial InterviewCALEB & ELLIE BPPS crpd2.jpg

When you first meet with us to discuss your home purchase, there are 4 items that we want to capture: 1) your main goal in moving to Central Oregon or buying a new home, 2) your budget, 3) your purchasing time frame, and 4) the aspects of a home or property that are most important to you. The Bend Property Pros team provides an individualized approach in helping our clients. While some steps and details will be the same, regardless of the buyer, we will individualize our services to you by getting to know you and what is most important to you in your home search. Do you want to be close to outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or golfing? If you have children, the proximity of your new home to schools might be on the top of the list. For some, the walkability of a neighborhood and its proximity to restaurants and stores is important. Is elbow room important? Or maybe a view of the Cascades or the Deschutes River is on your must have list. One of the wonderful things about Central Oregon is the diversity of the area. The types of homes and properties in our region are diverse, and we would love to help you find the perfect property.

As brokers with Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty, we are part of a large brokerage with many quality brokers. Through this network, we will know about many upcoming properties before they hit the market. Additionally, as brokers for a combined 20 years, and being incredibly involved in the real estate community, we are connected with a vast network of other brokers, we know the current inventory, and we will know if the right house is out there for you. If it isn’t, we usually can find it, given time and through our broker network who may know of the perfect home that is a couple months away from being listed. We will make sure to uncover every stone in our search for the right property for you.
