Selling Your Home - Going to MarketCALEB & ELLIE BPPS crpd2.jpg

You’ve gotten all the paperwork filled out and chosen us as your realtors – Thank you! We’ve captured great photography and video and established a unique marketing plan for your home, and we’ve reached out to all the brokers in our office and in the area. Everyone is excited to get buyers into your home. The real estate sign is placed in front of your home and it is now on the market. We know that as the seller of your home this time can be both exciting and stressful. When we begin to schedule showings of your home, communication will be top priority for our team. Successful transactions in real estate will always have great communication. As we start to show your home, we will make sure that we are all on the same page and that our team communicates with you properly and in a timely manner.

If you are selling the home that you are currently living in, we recommend that you have a plan in place to prepare your home for showings. While selling your home can be stressful, you can minimize the stress by outlining a plan of action ahead of time. There are lots of great ideas online for how to keep your home “show ready.” During the showing, it is best if you are not in your home. Pets will need to be confined or taken with you during showings. Showing appointments are typically scheduled for one-hour blocks of time. A showing may take that entire time or it may be done in 15 minutes. Consider ahead of time where you will go during the showing.

Buyers brokers will oftentimes provide us with feedback after the showings. We frequently wait until the next day to reach out for feedback, as brokers may be showing multiple properties in one day. We will do everything we can to get you feedback in a timely manner. And we will share relevant information throughout the process as we work together to get a buyer through your door.

Now that your home is on the market, we can anticipate Negotiating and Evaluating Offers from interested buyers.
