Selling Your Home – Meet and Greet
The Listing Process to sell your home begins with an initial Meet and Greet. This is something our team really looks forward to – connecting with you and physically walking through your home with you. During this visit, we will sit down and talk about your home and the things that drew you to it and what you love about it. We will also talk about your goals and determine the right timing for listing your home. We will work up a comparative market analysis (CMA) of your property, taking into account the condition of your home, finishes, setting, and all the features that will help sell it, so that your home is priced properly for the current market. Commonly we have seen the other homes on the market over the years and may have even sold some of them. We know what the competition is, what has sold and where a home should be priced. As we look at your home together, we will consider any tweeks that might help stage your home most favorably and suggest how to get your home ready to bring to market.
